If you’re looking to step up your wardrobe without breaking the bank, you’ll want to make a trip to Right Proper Brewing Company on Saturday, March 29. Hosted by Swap Season and Compost’d LLC, the eco-friendly clothing swap invites you to bring up to ten items (if you bring ten, you can take ten)!
Shoes, accessories, and bras are welcome, but the event hosts will not accept underwear or stained, pilled, dirty, and faulty clothing. As you get your swap on, you can purchase various draft and canned beers from Right Proper Brewing Company, and enjoy live music by DJ KOH!
Register here and head over to 624 T St NW between 12 pm and 3 pm on March 29. Be sure to bring a reusable bag for your swapped items! A $5 donation has been introduced to help sustain these clothing swaps and improve future events.
All leftover items will be donated to So What Else Inc., a nonprofit aiming to uplift underserved communities in the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area. Since March 2020, So What Else Inc. has provided nearly 75 million meals, bringing hunger relief and youth development efforts to the community.
