PhoXotic
A true first-come, first-served Vietnamese dining destination where orders can be placed for takeout via a touch screen or directly via QR code at the counter.
While the pho is everything you expect it to be and more, the real star of the menu comes in the form of Chef Hai Le’s expert butchering, where his brisket, bone-in rib, and beef shank each are good enough to merit closed eyes and a quiet moment of reflection as you eat.
To cap off the authentic experience, be sure to try a Vietnamese iced coffee or a salted lime soda, which the Michelin Guide specifically highlights as a good pairing with their food.
