Now entering its 11th D.C. edition, this year’s celebration embraces the theme “Une Soirée Parisienne – La Belle Époque,” paying tribute to the event’s Parisian roots while transforming another iconic DC setting into a massive open-air dinner party.
Registration opens in phases beginning in July, with returning attendees receiving priority access before invitations expand to new guests on the fan list.

Originally launched in Paris in 1988, Dîner en Blanc has grown into a worldwide phenomenon celebrated in more than 120 cities across 40 countries.
The concept is simple yet unforgettable: guests gather at designated meeting points throughout the city before being escorted to a surprise destination for an elegant outdoor picnic.
Every attendee is required to wear head-to-toe white attire, bring a guest, and either pack a gourmet meal or pre-order catering through the event’s marketplace.
Guests also bring (or rent) their own tables and chairs before transforming the mystery location into an extraordinary sea of white.
The evening includes the event’s signature napkin wave, live entertainment, dancing, and plenty of photo-worthy moments before everything disappears as quickly as it arrived.

Instead of heading directly to the dinner site, attendees first meet at assigned departure locations throughout Washington; only then will volunteer table leaders escort everyone to the mystery destination.

Registration will once again take place in three phases, with returning members receiving the first opportunity to purchase tickets, followed by sponsored guests, and finally those on the public fan list.
It’s worth noting that tickets are only sold in pairs; for reference, in 2025, the total for two people was $148, but this price does not include expenses like table and chair rental, catered meal service, wine or champagne, or transportation costs.
