This Series Of Beer And Wine Festivals Are Heading To DC This Winter

Every winter, we look forward to DC’s fantastic festivals to get together with friends, sip on some delicious craft beer and wine, listen to good music and just vibe. This winter is no different, as Drink the District will be coming to various iconic locations in DC this January, February, March and April.

To kick it off, we’re starting with the Academy of Drink the District that is here to keep you and your loved one warm this winter with their delicious hot drinks! You will learn how to create amazing hot cocktails alongside experts.

The winter edition of the Drink the District Wine Festival is a wine bonanza, with a wide variety of wines to sample! While you’re tasting your way through the festival, don’t forget to check out their catered specialty cheese and charcuterie.

Craft beer lovers, we didn’t forget about you! Raise a glass to celebrate frosty temps and equally frosty mugs at Drink the District’s Suds ‘n Snowflakes Craft Beer Festival! With more than 50+ beers, ciders, and wines, good company and a live band playing your favorite jams, this festival is sure to put a huge smile on your face.

More beer! We know we can never have enough beer, especially if it’s Irish! Clover Beer Fest is back in full swing this March with great bagpipes, tasty brats, beers and ciders, plus unlimited access to green beer.

And if you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate Cherry Blossoms blooming, join the party at Hook hall for the Cherry Blossom Wine & Beer Festival this April! This event will feature unlimited tastings of over 50 wines and 30 beers and access to their garden space with “Celebrate The Blossoms” themed décor.

Other festivals include 50 Shades of Rosé featuring 50 wines, beers and cider and a live burlesque show and Drink the District Valentine’s day special where you and your significant other can learn how Champagne is made and have an unforgettable evening.
