Watch Poe’s tales come to life, one sip at a time 🐦⬛🍸
Immerse yourself in the haunting realms of Edgar Allan Poe, where powerful themes of love, loss, and regret intertwine. Poe historians will bring four of his most thrilling tales to life: The Cask of Amontillado, Annabel Lee, The Pit and the Pendulum, and The Fall of the House of Usher.
This second chapter of the speakeasy will take up residence at the Kellogg Conference Hotel Capitol Hill, located at Gallaudet. Soft lanterns, flickering candlelight, and Gothic-inspired decor will further set the tone for this night of literary horror, bringing Poe’s dark imagination off the page and onto the stage.

Guests will enjoy a 90-minute interactive show while sipping on four complimentary cocktails. Tickets start at $55 and are available to those ages 21 and up. It is not necessary to have attended the first rendition of the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy to enjoy Chapter Two!
