Nationals Park will host Enchant Christmas for the first time since 2023, with the seasonal event scheduled to run from November 20th through December 27th, 2026.
The return marks a two-year gap since the experience last came to Washington, D.C.
The viral installation has operated since 2016 and has drawn visitors across multiple cities across the nation.
According to the organizers, the D.C. edition will span more than 10 acres of light installations across the ballpark grounds.
A New Storyline at the Center of the Maze
This year’s edition introduces a new narrative experience called Night of the Nutcrackers, in which visitors search for eight hidden Nutcracker figures scattered throughout the light maze.
The storyline frames the search as a mission to restore the “spirit of the season,” with each discovery tied to a distinct illuminated scene.
The format is designed to work both as a guided adventure and as a standalone walkthrough for those who prefer to explore without following the plot.
What Else Is on Offer
Beyond the maze itself, the event includes an ice-skating trail, a snow slide, live entertainment, a village marketplace with seasonal vendors, and meet-and-greet experiences with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Organizers have also flagged unspecified “never-before-included activities,” though no further details were provided at the time of this release.
Group Bookings and Early Access
Private event reservations are already open for businesses and groups.
Available formats range from suite experiences for 10 to 100 guests to full venue buyouts for larger gatherings, with catering and beverage packages included.
Organizers note that premium dates operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Individual tickets have not yet gone on sale.
Enchant Christmas has announced a limited early-access offer for those who sign up to its email list, with the promotion expected to launch this summer.
