Chef Peter Chang’s Sichuan cuisine has stolen the hearts of many in the DMV area, and his latest restaurant NiHao is no exception. New to the area as of this May, the tapas-style Chinese restaurant is making waves with dishes including dan dan noodles, pan-seared spicy branzino, and pig ears in chili oil.
And now, we’ve gotten word that the new Arlington-based restaurant is launching a ticketed art show series spotlighting different artists each month. NiHao’s first event will feature abstract nature-inspired works from esteemed New York-based artist April Xue.
The show will take place on Sunday, July 28 from 4 pm to 6 pm. Visitors are invited to peruse an incredible collection of Xue’s landscape paintings while indulging in passed Sichuan tapas and wines by the glass. Select works will be available for purchase.
Tickets are $30 and available for purchase through Tock. There are only 40 spots, so be sure to secure yours here!
