Bar Colline is a French-inspired bistro opening in National Landing and the latest concept from H2-Collective and hospitality veterans Eric and Ian Hilton who created Whitlows at the Wharf and El Rey U Street.
Step inside and be transported to Paris. The heart of their bar is their 50-foot wraparound bar, a standout that is underneath glowing globe lights. The back of their bar has a private dining room for up to 16 guests that is perfect for any private dinners. Outside, enjoy patio dining with seating for up to 40 for al-fresco dinner under string lights or sun-soaked lunches.
Inspired by the charming and typical Parisian bistro, Bar Colline’s menu features a mix of classics and seasonal dishes from steak frites and croque madame to rotating seasonal and shareable plates.

Their happy hour is a standout, from $6 Red, White, and Rosé from 3-6 p.m, SEVEN days a week!
