On its official Instagram, the Barbie Pond on Avenue Q claims to be “lowering Logan Circle property values since 2014” but we think it dolls it right up.

No one knows when the Barbie Pond on the corner of 15th and Q streets popped up or who its anonymous curator is. All we know is that this rotating installation with the rows of topless Barbies is a never fails to put a smile on our faces.

At her pond, Barbie and her eccentric entourage are always up to something, from headlining at the Moulin Rouge…
