Washingtonians who consider themselves big fans of the hit series ‘Heated Rivalry’ are now capable of booking their own escape to the iconic cottage featured in the show!
The now-famous three-bedroom cottage located in Ontario’s Muskoka Lakes has been one of the most discussed topics in pop culture over the past several weeks since the show first launched on HBO back in November of 2025.
Dubbed the Barlochan cottage, fans of the show can relax and unwind just like series protagonists Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov did during the summer!

When is the cottage opening up for rentals?
Starting on March 3rd at noon ET, the cottage will be going live on Airbnb for booking weekend stays throughout May.
Whereas bookings for weekend stays throughout the summer will go live on June 1st.
Unfortunateley it’s not clear if the cottage is going to be a permanent Airbnb listing or if it will just be temporary while ‘Heated Rivalry’ is having its moment.
Fortunately, however, there are actually lots of other cottages that are available for short-term rentals in the Muskoka region, so while they might not be ‘the cottage’, they are still incredible getaways that might offer you the same sense of escape.

How much will a stay at ‘the cottage’ cost?
The rental property’s Airbnb listing only has price information currently listed for its May stays, which will be a cost of $248.10 CAD per night – a reference to the jersey numbers worn by the show’s Hollander and Rozanov (24 & 81), respectively.
Prices for a stay at the cottage during the summer, however, have not yet been announced.
Those prices will be shared when the summer rentals go live on June 1st.
