Pixar Putt is one of the newest pop-up events in D.C., and it’s such a fun family-friendly summer activity! And now, due to popular demand, the mini golf experience will remain open through Labor Day.
The open-air Pixar-themed mini-golf experience first opened at The Wharf this May. And while we wish it could be here forever, it’s only sticking around for a limited time before it closes and makes its way to another city!
What is Pixar Putt?
Pixar Putt is a whimsical 18-hole mini golf course, each hole paying homage to an iconic Pixar movie.
You’ll find characters, icons, and references from films like Toy Story, The Incredibles, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo, and more! The experience is perfect for children, making this the ideal plan for an evening of family fun. Plus, on Fridays and Saturdays after 7 pm, the course is reserved for an 18+ crowd for ‘Pixar Putt After Dark’.
The pop-up course is located at 580 Water Street SW right on The Wharf. While originally slated to close on August 4th, the course will stay open until Labor day due to high demand.

How to get your tickets for Pixar Putt
To secure your tee time at Pixar Putt, you’ll need to get your tickets for a specific time slot on the Pixar Putt website.
There are higher rates for high-demand times, like Fridays or Saturdays, but the tickets are around $30 each. If you’re interested in a bundle deal, there is a family of four ticket bundle for $100, plus a $2 service fee per person.

For their special Pixar Putt After Dark tee times, which are exclusively for 18+, the tickets will set you back $34.50.
