One of Disney’s largest residential communities so far, Asteria will be located just outside the Raleigh, NC area, in Pittsboro’s Chatham Park, a roughly 8,000-acre mega-development.
Asteria will be a thoughtfully designed, 1,500-acre residential community featuring around 4,000 residences, including single-family and multi-family properties, residences specifically allocated for those ages 55+, parks + trails, an exclusive clubhouse, and more!
