Whether you’re a foodie, film buff, or both, La Bohème’s new Quentin Tarantino-themed tasting menu will surprise the senses with its daring dishes.
Situated above multi-award-winning sister restaurant Apéro, La Bohème rotates its tasting menu each season, paying homage to a different groundbreaking artist. Past renditions have served dishes and cocktails through the lens of Tim Burton, Giacomo Puccini, and Shakespeare before making way for Quentin Tarantino.
The playful tasting room brings the iconic filmmaker’s movies to life through menu items like the “Bride’s Revenge,” a Hamachi toro dish inspired by Kill Bill, and the “Big Kahuna Burger,” a nod to Pulp Fiction.
The Tarantino-inspired menu is the first La Bohème menu created under new Executive Chef, Jenn Castaneda-Jones. Chef Castaneda-Jones works closely with owner and Advanced Sommelier, Elli Benchimol, who is responsible for the cocktails and wine pairings.
This is an exciting new chapter for Apéro and La Bohème, as the two culinary destinations now operate under an all-female and Latina executive team.
La Bohème is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9 pm. The four and six-course menus are priced at $95 and $125. Wine and cocktail pairings can be added to the experience for $55 or $85.
