The Reston Fairy Festival will take place on Saturday, July 18th, from 10 am to 12:30 pm at Walker Nature Center, located at 11450 Glade Drive in Reston, Virginia.
Throughout the morning, families can stroll along a woodland trail decorated with whimsical fairy houses while searching for hidden fairies and colorful mushrooms tucked throughout the forest.
Visitors can also sip tea and enjoy a cookie while listening to a story from the Fairy Queen, create fairy-themed crafts and build their own fairy houses during the event.
Guests are also invited to participate in an optional Fairy House Contest by building a homemade fairy house before the festival.
