Winter Restaurant Week is kicking off on January 15th and plans to end on January 21st, and the deals this year are as good as they’ve ever been!
Restaurant Week offers people the chance to dine at some of D.C.’s best restaurants for hard-to-beat prices, sponsored by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington, with participating restaurants including classic favorites and newcomers.
Participating restaurants offer $25-per-person lunch and brunch and $40, $55, or $65-per-person dinner offerings, many featuring multi-course meals for in-person or takeaway. Also worth noting is that some restaurants only offer select meals, such as dinner- or lunch-only, while other restaurants may offer several menu options.

The good news is there are hundreds of restaurants that are participating in the winter edition of D.C. Restaurant Week this year, ranging from D.C. classics like Founding Farmers or District Winery to upscale favorites like Del Mar by the Waterfront or one of the Capital Grille locations in the D.C. metro area.

Winter Restaurant Week, the first thing to do is peruse the list of participating restaurants on the official website, this will tell you what restaurants are participating and what deals they are offering! Next, once you decide on a restaurant that has a meal offer you want to try, you’ll want to lock down a reservation with that restaurant, so be sure to use either the restaurant’s website or call their phone number to ensure you can get a table during your preferred meal time. Then, last of all, it helps to be familiar with that restaurant’s special menu offerings for their Restaurant Week deal in advance, it’ll not only save you time by ensuring you know in advance what menu items are included in the discounted menu.
